  • Unfortunately, at this time, I do not ship internationally. However, I have specifically tried to include digital versions whenever possible, including comics, craft patterns, and even print-and-play games.

  • My current schedule is 3-5 business days, but I can usually get your order out in less time! Many items are printed in-house and to order. If you have any concerns about when your order will arrive, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate your needs!

  • There's no simple answer for this, but my shipping prices are based on weight and the cost of shipping materials.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within one week with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. If I see that your item does need a refund, the refund amount will be limited to the item's value and does not include the shipping cost. 

    If you'd like to cancel your order and I have not processed it (meaning I haven’t created a shipping label or set it to mail), then yes, you may cancel and receive a refund. However, I urge that you be quick because, despite my processing time being 3-5 business days, I might send your package out the same day you order.

  • Due to the nature of my business (digital sales, one-woman business, etc.), I don't. All sales are final. Please double-check the items in your cart to make sure you have everything you want. Or don't want!

  • Eek, I am so sorry! It's super stressful, I've been there. But please don't panic! Unfortunately, the postal service isn't 100% reliable. If your item is marked delivered but hasn't shown up, please do the following:

    1. Double-check your address. If it's incorrect, then sadly neither I nor the postal service are liable :( If it shows back up with me, I will let you know and you can pay for shipping again to the new address.

    2. Check with your neighbors! I can't tell you how many times my own mail has shown up at a neighbor's home. 

    3. Be patient. Often times the USPS will mark a package as delivered before they've even brought it by. :( Wait a few days, and it could still show up!

    4. If after all of that, your order still doesn't show up, it's time to contact your mail carrier. Once the carrier has your package, it's out of my hands, and I'm no longer responsible for it. But I have yet (knock on wood!) had a package completely disappear.

  • Whoops!! I'm a one-woman operation and it's not happened yet, but mistakes do happen! Within a week of receiving the item, please send me a photo of what you got that is incorrect and your order number, and I'll get you sorted out!
