This is another piece I found in my art drawer. It was an assignment at The Center for Cartoon Studies. We had to draw our name in a font specific to us. So this font is based on tapirs. You can see the ears on the A of course, but also a lot of little toesies.

I need to figure out what to do with this. I like it a lot and might change the header on my main website (angelaboyle.flyingdodostudio.com).  Eventually, maybe I will do a whole display font in this lettering style, but I doubt it. As much as I want to make fonts, I have not been able to figure out out. I have a program, FontForge. And I did make a decent font of my own handwriting, which I think I shared here a while ago. But something this complicated with the fur texture? A bit too much, I think.
